What we eat is powerful! The right food can fight off disease and provide the fuel we need to thrive. I love to manipulate your favorite meals to help you reach your health, physique, and fitness goals. My goal is to help you burn fat through macronutrient-based science with the least amount of “diet suffering” (e.g., hunger, cravings, moodiness). I would love to help you, and most of all educate you to feel confident in what you eat, and how you feel! Improving your health, will not mean you have to take away the pleasure’s life has to offer. A nutrition coaching subscription provides monthly recurring access to my services and support. Not only do you get two dedicated virtual sessions each month, but you also receive unlimited text message and email support throughout the month, that will assist in keeping you accountable and help achieve your goals sooner.
Package of 4- and 7-Sessions – Nutrition Coaching
These sessions can be redeemed at your own pace.
Designed for those with health goals that can be achieved over 2 – 6 months. Topics focused on include behaviour change, prevention and management of chronic diseases, weight loss, and optimizing health. In addition to your four virtual session, you also receive 3 months of unlimited text message and email support to assist in keeping you accountable and help you achieve your goals sooner. These sessions give you the longer-term tools you need to ensure success. Together we will focus on behaviour change, prevention and management of chronic diseases, weight loss, and optimizing health.
Ultrasound Body Composition Analysis
Targeted to people who want to know their body fat, lean body mass, and measurements to set specific goals for weight loss and transformation of body composition. Procedure includes the measurement and recording of 8 separate body area circumferences, in addition to taking ultrasound (sound frequency) measurements from 7 areas on the body from head to toe. This will provide millimeter thickness of each area and a calculation of your body fat percentage, lean body mass, water mass, basal metabolic rate, and based on your daily activities, your total energy expenditure.
