As an avid runner, Carrie understands that athletes have unique health-related concerns.
Not only has she optimized her own sports performance through nutrition, but she’s also worked with top athletes and members of the Canadian Olympic team.
Carrie has an extensive background in sports including sprinting, University level cross-country running, road racing and a marathon running. She was an avid weight training enthusiast, and has also enjoyed playing ringette and soccer.
She loves being a sports mom and is most happy when at a track meet, hockey rink or a soccer field and when helping clients achieve their performance goals.
