After losing 100 lbs and becoming a dietitian, I now teach women how to stop struggling with food – for good, develop a healthy relationship with food and nourish themselves in all areas of health for total well-being. I know first hand how challenging it can be to overcome the mentality that is hold you back. I spent more than a decade in the vicious diet, restrict, repeat cycle, with one fad diet after another.
Now, I use the invaluable lessons gained from my lived experience along with my expertise as a Dietitian to help women find freedom with food and become the confident, healthful version of themselves they desire!
