Rachel Tu is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor at Food Flow Thought, a private practice based out of Edmonton AB. She is passionate about nutrition counseling, and yoga to connect people to their inner body wisdom. Her goal is to help clients ditch the diet mentality and manage their food cravings, eating disorders, binge eating, and body image concerns.
Rachel teaches strategies involving a combination of mindfulness, movement, self-compassion, and the mind-body connection.
