My passion is to support women’s health and family nutrition. I work with clients through fertility, prenatal, postnatal and breastfeeding, through meal planning and digestive health concerns. I work with clients to help them reach their goals, and feel their best through a positive relationship with food. I also support parents with family nutrition from starting solids through the picky eating phases; to ensure their children are meeting their nutrition needs and that mealtime is a positive experience for all.
I offer consults to provide individualized support and recommendations as well as group programs on various topics (online or in person).
