Hi! I’m Trista, a Registered Dietitian, food lover, daughter, friend, sister, partner, yogi and traveller. Simply put, I love nutrition. True nourishment isn’t just planning your next meal – it’s implementing healthy lifestyle practices that are sustainable and healing for multiple dimensions of health: physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual. With all this in mind, I started my practice as a way to provide you with evidence-based guidance and tools on how to use food to create a good and healthy life, regardless of your background, age, ethnicity, lifestyle or habits.
I will be your partner in health. You’ll receive one-on-one support in chronic disease management, digestive disorders, women’s health (PCOS, maternal health, bone health, iron deficiency), food peace (emotional eating, body image), special diets (vegan/vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free), wellness and prevention.
