Maxime Banville is a dietitian member of the Ordre professionnel des diététistes du Québec (OPDQ) and the College of Dietitians of Ontario (CDO). Maxime holds a master’s degree in human nutrition and is currently pursuing his doctoral studies in nutrition at Université de Montréal. He is also a lecturer in pathophysiology and biology at Université du Québec en Outaouais and at Université de Sherbrooke.
Throughout his academic career, Maxime studies the interface of mental health and nutrition. To this effect, his master’s degree focuses on eating problems in the context of autism spectrum disorder. His doctorate addresses the development of knowledge and skills in nutrition for people with intellectual disabilities.
Maxime also offers his expertise in weight management, healthy eating, cardiovascular and renal diseases.
